Terms of Use
Last updated: October 30, 2026 · By using uromax.ca, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Informational purposes only
All content on this website — including text, images, blog articles, and frequently asked questions — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified physician.
No physician–patient relationship is created by using this website, submitting an enquiry, or completing any form on it. A physician–patient relationship is established only after an in-person consultation and mutual agreement on a course of care.
2. No guarantee of outcomes
Medical procedures carry individual risks and produce individual results. Content on this website describing typical timelines, longevity, or outcomes reflects general clinical experience and published literature; individual results vary based on anatomy, treatment volume, healing response, and other factors. No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Suitability for any procedure is determined solely through an in-person physician assessment. Content on this website does not determine whether any treatment is appropriate for you.
3. Off-label disclosure
Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are approved by Health Canada for facial soft tissue augmentation. Their use for penile girth enhancement is off-label — it is not a Health Canada–approved indication. Off-label use of approved medical products is lawful and common in medicine when supported by clinical evidence and physician judgment, and it is discussed with every patient during the informed consent process.
4. Fees and scheduling
The initial consultation is complimentary. A non-refundable C$50 scheduling fee is required to confirm a procedure appointment and is credited in full toward the treatment cost. Published procedure prices are all-inclusive as described on the pricing page and are confirmed at consultation. Financing offered through third-party providers is subject to that provider's credit approval and terms.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of UROMAX or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. UroSculpt™ is used in accordance with the certification programme under which the clinic's physician is trained; UroSculpt™ certification status can be verified through the official provider directory at urosculpt.com.
6. Third-party links
This website may link to third-party websites, including financing and directory providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UROMAX is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this website or reliance on its content, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from the provision of medical care to a patient.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
9. Contact
